DELIVERY:
To ensure that your parcel is delivered correctly and that you receive it within the timescale we advertise, please ensure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant and/or required information along with telephone number and email to facilitate delivery. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers and routing information (where applicable) is essential to ensure timely delivery. We assume no responsibility for lost, misplaced or misdelivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
PROCESSING TIMES:
All orders are subject to a separate processing time, with the exception of the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been removed from our processing center by the carrier. The usual processing and dispatch time for orders is 2 to 5 working days. Please note that orders for limited editions may take from 5 to 10 working days for France from the date the order is placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track the status of your order on our website in the "track my package" section.
RETURNS:
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you have purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at the phone number or email address below and provide details of the product and the defect. We will then advise you on how to return the product. You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with the return of your item. We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit. You must also prepay shipping and insurance (if applicable) for all returns. If your return is eligible for a refund, it will not include shipping and handling charges that may appear on the packing slip or invoice. Once we receive the returned product, we will examine it and notify you by e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, if you are entitled to a refund or exchange due to the defect. If you are entitled to an exchange or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price (depending on the original method of payment). Shipping and handling charges you have already paid are non-refundable and refunded amounts will not include the cost of shipping. It may take up to 15 business days after receipt of our email before you see the refund on your statement.
